Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will have replacement costs taken from the refundable amount.
- Any item that is ordered erroneously may be subject to delivery costs being taken from the refundable amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Upon completion of the inspection, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again before contacting us.
If your refund has been processed on our side, there is a possibility your payment provider requires extra time to move the funds back into your account. This is becoming less common, but it does still happen.
Next contact your bank to check if there is some processing time before a refund is credited.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again.
Sale items
All purchases are refunded at the purchase price. Believe it or not, customers HAVE tried purchasing items in a sale and tried to get the full price refunded. When a refund occurs, the original transaction is reversed; the refund amount will never be higher than your original spend.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this has happened and you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
Delivery returns
Different products are stored in different locations – we do not have some huge warehouse in Enfield full of beds and sofas! For this reason, it is important you contact us in the case of a return so we can ensure your order is returned to the correct address. If your order is returned without our input your refund may be heavily delayed or the return may not reach us, prompting no refund.
Delivery fees are included in your purchase wherever possible. If you receive a refund and the reason for return is deemed to be your own decision or error, a delivery charge may be deducted from your refund..
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
