Delivery is fast and free. We use a national courier for quick deliveries throughout the United Kingdom; our couriers will deliver between the hours of 7am – 9pm.
Once you place an order for a bed and your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email with a link to choose a suitable day for delivery. Order processing can take up to 48 hours before delivery dispatch and delivery. If for any reason we cannot reach you by email, we will contact you by telephone to arrange your delivery. All other furniture is delivered by regular couriers, sometimes this may mean next day delivery but with larger items such as sofas and display cabinets this can take 5-10 working days.
Please note, delivery dates are subject to availability based on your location. You may email us to change your delivery date up to 48 hours before your delivery.
The day before delivery you may receive a text/email with a delivery time. Unfortunately, delivery times cannot be chosen – they are based on delivery routes. Please note we do not supply guaranteed delivery times, only estimates. Any delivery changes must be made within 48 hours before delivery is scheduled.
Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorised to take items any further.
Upon accepting your order, you are confirming you have received it in good condition.
We do offer a Saturday delivery only available for selected areas, which is charged at a rate of £9.95. This can be made payable via PayPal when choosing your delivery date or by contacting us directly.
Please note free delivery is only available to “Mainland UK”. The following post codes do not qualify for free delivery: AB, DD, DG, FK, TD, TR, PA, PH, IV, KW, KY. Contact us before purchasing from these post codes and we can supply you with a delivery quote.
We do not offer delivery to any off-Shore Islands, this includes Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel Islands etc.
For peace of mind, your item will be delivered fully insured and can be exchanged free of charge in any rare case of damage.
