How long does delivery take?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email and/or a text message with your delivery details. For more information see our deliveries page.
Do you offer payment plans?
No, we do not currently offer finance or payment plans for weekly or monthly payments.
Can I view the products in person?
We do not own any showrooms or physical shops with the products on display. Once handed over by the manufacturers, our items are stored in boxes in our warehouses.
Where are you based?
One Enfield Home office is near Bristol and one is in London. Our products are stored in warehouses all over the UK.
Do you build the furniture upon delivery?
The small independent delivery company we hire are not trained or insured to help you open or build your furniture. We recommend asking for help from friends, family or neighbours as we frequently build the furniture ourselves for quality checks and it’s much easier for two people.
Can I get a discount?
Discounts, offers and coupons are something we cannot offer as we do everything we can to price our products competitively. We are a furniture agency, so we do not control the cost of manufacturing, supplying or delivering our furniture and therefore cannot offer a further discount.
Will you call before delivery?
When you place an order, add a note at checkout to request a phone call from the delivery driver.
Will my mattress fit your beds?
Our beds are built to standard UK sizes. We recommend buying one of our UK mattresses so we can ensure it will fit, as some people purchase mattresses using a US size guide, which is marginally different to standard UK mattress sizes. Standard UK mattress sizes are: 2ft6 Small Single, 3ft Single, 4ft Queensize, 4ft6 Double, 5ft King Size, 6ft Superking Size.
How do I return an item?
If your product is faulty we offer a replacement or returns service as required by UK Consumer Rights. To learn more about our returns process, please see our Returns Policy and follow the steps listed there.
